Rango Tenge is a teen TikTok Influencer, Content Creator and Comic Dancer from Uganda, whose hilarious contents has seen the light in the social media space.

He has a unique way of entertaining his audience with his signatory tune “Tenge Tenge” and dances to the tune with spectacular dance steps. He is known for singing his Tenge songs, dancing along, and making funny faces, with his eyes bulging out, all geared towards entertaining his viewers.

Recall that Rango's physical appearance as a result of polio, has received several mocking utterances from his peers, on various spaces. At first, he was shattered as would anyone else, but he found his footing and turned his pain into a medium through which he's putting smile on the faces of over 5.8 million followers on TikTok, leaving no room for selfpity and hate.

He has in turn, built himself a legacy, turned his disability into a multi million dollar generating hub, and grew to love himself more, embrace his true identity, and made himself a reason to smile. His decision to embrace himself gave him a chance to take advantage of his physical appearance; instead of attracting pity and sympathy, he created comic videos for the sole purpose of entertaining the world.

According to Rango the word “tenge tenge “ is used by the Ugandan people to encourage a baby who is practicing to walk and it also refers to the new currency of Kazakhstan in Asia.

He started his career in 2018 by creating videos and uploading them. It has also encouraged others like him to embrace their appearances and come out . It has made them feel normal with just disabilities and to let them know they can still live a normal life.
